Variation in thickness, sizes and colour is inherent over and above the specifications.It is advised to inspect crates and boxes for variation before laying and mix where necessary to ensure a natural blend. Pitting,fissures,veinning are all characteristics of natural stone and must be expected. Once material has been laid it has been deemed to be accepted.Stone Pavers require a appox 3mm-gap filled with an appropriate paverset.
(2)Quartz Stone Bench: There will always be slight color variation between slabs as quartz stone slabs contain up to 93% of natural quartz.
(3)Refund is not acceptable if the customer changes their mind or decides not to go ahead with a purchase once deposit has been made.we do not accept return or refund for stone of leftovers,off-cuts and discounted (special price) items .
How long does shippment take for made-to-order products?
It usually takes around 10-12 weeks to Perth including customs clearance time.
